A New Head Office for BPH

We are pleased to announce that BPH has moved to their prestigious new premises in West Sussex.  This is the new home for the business’ headquarters for BPH Attachments.

The new premises provide important potential for company growth.  It encompasses bigger workshops with a dedicated showroom, custom offices with great facilities for staff and purpose-built areas for welcoming and hosting customers.

The benefits of the new site include features such as:

• A ‘state of the art’ Gantry crane system which can lift 15 tons is fitted in the Attachment workshop.
• The brand-new purpose-built wash bay with 2 ultra powerful pressure washers. These are fed from water harvested from the roofs into a 40,000-litre underground storage tank.
• A ‘green’ Biomass boiler capable of heating all the buildings throughout the entire yard.
• Purpose built Fabrication workshop with new Plasma cutting machinery giving the scope to carry out a vast array of Engineering and welding projects.
• A dedicated ‘purchasing and goods inwards’ department to cater for the huge range of services undertaken by all departments of the business.
• Construction of brand new ‘green’ Head Quarter offices to serve all the depots across the country! These also have water harvesting facilities.
• Installation of a free-standing self-contained spray booth to allow super-efficient paint and finishing times.

Included within the site is an area of green open space for staff to enjoy with an outside eating area.  This is set by a pond which is full of wild plants and wildlife! A real pleasure for staff to walk around and enjoy whilst maintaining mindfulness and wellbeing.

The plans for a move were put into motion when the opportunity to purchase a freehold property came up.  The much larger property gives BPH increased capacity to expand and continue their quest to be the market leader in excavator attachments!

The 5.5-acre site was previously used as an Oak Timber Sawmill by a locally well-known and respected timber supplier.  The sawmill was forced to shut down due to the challenges of operating during the Covid pandemic, so the owner retired.

With a major growth in the last 2 years, BPH now have room to continue its expansion in both fleet and service.  The new bigger workshops, showroom facility, custom purposed offices all make the company vision a reality: offering quality products, being extremely reliable with a quick delivery system and remaining customer focused.  Along with, offering exceptional facilities and a comfortable, natural environment making it a great place for staff to work.  In short, a place where the ’friendly family’ and ‘easy to do business with’ culture can thrive!
